Intermediate level Step
Class - Monday, Friday,
and Saturday 8:30am starts with
10 min. warm up & stretch, 30 -
35 min. cardio workout, 10 min.
strength training and 5 min.
cool down stretch. Appropriate
for most levels of fitness.
Intensity can be increased or
decreased to meet the student’s
needs.
Body Sculpting & Strength
Training Class -
Wednesday 8:30am using a variety
of equipment including hand
weights, xertubes, xerbands and
steps.7-10 minute warm up
stretch and cool down stretch.
Good for all fitness levels.
YOGA - Monday 10am-
safe contemporary approach to
this classical discipline. This
program helps you develop
strength & flexibility, reduces
stress, increase energy &
enhance concentration.
Low Impact Aerobics
- Wednesday & Friday 10am
-7-10 minute warm up,25-30
minutes low-impact aerobic
exercise. Safely challenge your
cardiovascular system while you
burn calories. Concentrated
muscle movements will help tone
your abdominals, chest, arms,
hips, thighs & buttocks.
Step, Hi-Low, Body
Sculpting - Monday,
Wednesday, and Thursday 6:30pm,
- Warm up stretch then dance
targeting waist & tummy with
upper body isometrics. Target
toning, cool down - thighs, butt
& tummy. Circuit Training in the
weight room - light repetitive
weights while maintaining heart
rate for cardio workout.
Pilates

Monday and Wednesday from
7:15am-8:00am.Pilates
(pronounced "puh-lah-teez") is a
system of over 500 controlled
exercises that engage the mind
and condition the total body. It
is a balanced blend of strength
and flexibility training that
improves posture, reduces stress
and creates long, lean muscles
without bulking up.
