The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow
rhythms and resistance
training are combined to tone
and sculpt your body while
burning fat. Add some Latin
flavor and international zest
into the mix and you've got
ZUMBA!!

Fitness Class ULTIMATE CONDITIONING with
David Schmidt (Personal Trainer)
Tuesdays at 6:30pm. This
class is a unique training
experience for the entire body.
Ultimate Conditioning is
combination of mixed martial
arts, boxing, strength training,
core work, and aerobic training.
